Lake Geneva Cruise Line is the winner of the 2011 Service Excellence Award, announced during the WI Annual Governor’s Conference on Tourism held March 4-6. The cruise line which operates many tours and charters throughout the season is most famous for its Mailboat Tour, known to be one of the last passenger-carrying mailboats to deliver the US mail.
